If your order is unsuitable or just not quite what you expected and they were purchased via daneswimwear.com, please return them to us within 7 days of purchase to qualify for a return.
To get started simply follow the steps below and we’ll have you smiling in no time.
- Download and fill in the returns form. Click here to download the form.
- Make sure the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition and in its original packaging with swing tags attached.
- Please BOOK a door-to-door courier of your choice. We DO NOT collect returns from the South African post office.
- Pack the items ready for courier and include the form you have filled in with the items.
Once packed, all items must be returned to our warehouse address:

- Our Warehouse contact number is: 082 390 9611 - This number is only for the couriers to contact our warehouse. Please note this number will not be able to assist you with customer service queries.
- Once we receive your return we will process your request accordingly.
- Refunds are processed into customers bank accounts from the payment method originally selected. For example if you paid using a credit card we will put the money back onto your credit card.
Exchanges are based on stock availability when return is received. If stock is unavailable a store credit will be supplied to customer to the value paid. Exchanges are at a cost of R75 for customers account.
- All BLACK FRIDAY orders will only receive store credit. No refunds or exchanges will be processed.
Gift Cards/Store Credits: Gift cards and Store Credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
